We purchased a 2015 Santa Fe on Memorial Day 2022. We paid cash and told them we would be back in 3-4 days to pick it up after the check had cleared. We arrived 3 days later, the check had cleared 100 We paid cash and told them we would be back in 3-4 days to pick it up after the check had cleared. We arrived 3 days later, the check had cleared 100%. We were told the title would be sent to our local tag office here in Kansas. I thought it strange that we would not have been given the title since it was PAID FOR IN FULL. We waited and waited, after 30 days, I started calling the dealership. I left voicemail after voicemail, crickets. I called the DMV in Colo. they looked it up and said the title should be at the dealership. After 36 days the receptionist who answered the phone, noted "You sure call here a lot". I told her of our predicament, she took the information, and within a couple of days, the title was sent to our local tag office. We evidently paid the "Administrative fee" to rent a space on someone's desk for 30 days. I would not buy from this dealership or recommend them. The salesman was awesome however, and the only reason I gave them a two. He admitted he could not hurry the process along. The "Finance Manager" was NOT personable at all, dismissive to our questions, insisting we allow them to run a credit check despite the fact we were paying cash. Kansas new car dealers we checked with say this is not established practice and I should write Hyundai Corporate Office. I am debating this as I type this review. More

Specifically, Van Quiet. Van was is an amazing sales associate that goes above and beyond to make sure you get the car of your choice without trying to lock you into some expensive mystery purchase. Arapaho Hyundai was great to work with. I haven’t bought a new car in many years and they made the entire process very easy. Manger Vince, salesman Grady Connor and finance specialist Edgar I haven’t bought a new car in many years and they made the entire process very easy. Manger Vince, salesman Grady Connor and finance specialist Edgar all worked with me to get me into the sweetest ride very quickly. They gave me a decent trade in for my old Honda Pilot and sent me off in less than 2 hours in my beautiful Santa Fe plug-in hybrid which aren’t easy to acquire right now. I love it! I highly recommend this dealership and these guys to guide you through your next car buying experience. Grady was quick to respond to my inquiry about the incoming car, Vince was quick to offer me a trade in price for my old car and he was kind enough to hold it for me for 2 whole weeks after it arrived because I was out of town. I hadn’t signed a thing or put down any deposit either. Most dealers would have just sold it to the next person in line. As Vince said, “they’re cool like that”. Nice. For that courtesy I am forever grateful. Thanks Arapahoe Hyundai! More
