I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Brian was my advisor at Arlington Nissan. He suggested I include my cabin air filter and my transfer case fluids. Great service and detailed explanation from Benson (five stars). Both drivers from the shuttle were courteous. They were, however NOT safe when driving. they treat the customers rudely and even the assistance service manager doesn't want to listen to his customers. I got there early and was greeted nicely. I haven’t driven my car for a while and I needed to make sure it would be ok for going back on the road.
