Worst Dealership ever. On my toyota RAV4 purchase we agreed on 32000 out of the door price with the sales manager and the salesman. And we waited for processing. During that time they asked me to purchase insurance and I was on call with the insurance company, during my call they made me sign many documents out of which there was document which mentions purchase price of 32715, which I signed without looking because I trusted them as we agreed on that price. When I noticed that discrepancy two days later and called them. They asked me to visit the dealership. When I visited the dealership they told the manager is not there, so their manager Gesy came with the document which I signed and informed me that since the manager is not there and signed documents have my sign, I cannot blame them. It is my sincere advice to all the prospective customers of Arlington Toyota not trust these people blindly. They will take all your day with paperwork and when you will get tired they will pass you some other bill. They are running a big scam. More
I really appreciated that the service dept was able to take my car without an appointment and quite promptly . Everyone was polite . They also offered me a loaner or a pick up service . I dropped the car with a radiator issue and 4 warning lights on the dashboard, and those were the problems I needed to have addressed . The radiator was replaced and it is working fine , but the warning lights were still there . More

We took our 2020 Toyota Corolla to get fixed on September 2023. After they fixed (it was $2300.00)we got our car back. Drove home and it started having a sound that was not there before. We took the car back 2023. After they fixed (it was $2300.00)we got our car back. Drove home and it started having a sound that was not there before. We took the car back and they let us know that it was the transmission and it will cost us $8000.00. I spoke with the representative that was attending me and let him know it was odd that we took the car the first time and after two weeks it had a sound and it was the transmission with $8000.00 charge. After a couple of months I took the car to a different dealership and they took the time to check what really was the problem and resolved it for less ($2800.00) than the $8000.00 this dealership quoted. Conclusion, get a second opinion! Follow your gut and your intuition when it tells you that someone is not being honest. More
