Thank you for highlighting your frustration with a lack of a return phone call. We pride ourselves on complete customer satisfaction and we failed in this instance. We regret that Dan had an out of town family emergency and had the lack of communication while flying as he was not available. We wished you would of reached out for a manager as this would of prevented any misunderstanding. Thank you for your insight so we may prevent this in the future.

I'm sorry for Dan's emergency, but how do you explain the lack of return emails? I received an email from Jane the "Internet Assistant" on May 14th, I responded the same day with some questions concerning the vehicle. I then received another email on the 16th asking if I got the information I needed, I responded with the answer "no," and at this point mentioned that I hadn't heard back from Dan and that none of my questions were answered. At no point was I told that another salesperson would contact me, nor were any of my questions answered. I then sent an email the May the 17th, and then finally May the 23rd. I never received a return email for those two emails either. Also, implying that I need to take action on account of your poor customer service is, in my opinion, a cop-out. Nonetheless isn't Dan the "Fleet Manager" with you? Wouldn't that be the equivalent of "reaching out for a manager" as you suggested?

Alright, So Jane is not an "Internet Assistant." She, in fact, does not exist at all? Is there anybody who checks Jane's email? Or is that something that oftentimes goes unnoticed? I'm just trying to fully understand the logic of what I've been told. To summarize: 1. Dan never returns my phone calls. The excuse is that he "had a lack of communication while flying." what about the time that he wasn't flying, why couldn't he have contacted somebody to follow up with me? Honestly, it didn't have to be him, I just had two questions that could have been very easily answered by anybody. 2. Because I get no response from Dan I "speak" with Jane (who actually doesn't exist) asking multiple times for assistance. Apparently all this time not a single person went about checking Jane's emails? 3. When I bring this to your companies attention, you tell me that Dan had a family emergency (which is inappropriate in my opinion) and was unable to contact me and that it was, in fact, my responsibility to contact management after I thought I was speaking with two separate people. 4. Lastly, you tell me that Jane is an automated system as if that is an excuse. Your company should be checking those emails daily to ensure that all your customer's questions are answered or if there is anything that needs to be followed up on with customers. Like I said, I don't like the insinuation that I need to put more of an effort to contact your company after I spent well over a week doing just that, I'm the customer, I provided all needed information and followed up for weeks without a single response.
