From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted by a Service employee. I then met with Nate who was extremely down to earth and friendly. He listened to my concerns and followed through on what we discussed. Up employee. I then met with Nate who was extremely down to earth and friendly. He listened to my concerns and followed through on what we discussed. Upon picking up my Jeep, the doors were locked as I had asked. after unlocking the door, Nate even opened the door for me. I’ve never had a service advisor like him. He really is the perfect example of customer service, which is one of my top concerns when I go anywhere for any type of event. Great job Nate!!! More

Everyone hates dealerships. The stigma is that they rip you off and Laugh at you the whole time. Arrigo Dodge is NOT like that, especially the Maintenance shop.
