I requested an oil change/ filter change, correct low tire pressure & tire rotation using a discount ticket provided with the purchase of my Pacifica from this dealership. My confidence is running low for this service department and wonder if the tires were rotated since the individual pressures for each tire had not changed before it was finally corrected.
