2023 grand Cherokee with 2 bad batteries. Service dept rep Kim had an attitude, condescending, very passive aggressive. Told it would take hours to diagnose the issue and it took a day and a Service dept rep Kim had an attitude, condescending, very passive aggressive. Someone stole the ring off my key and my sunroof was opened by someone and left open while it was raining. They also never called me to let me know my car was ready to pick up even though they claim they did. Never utilizing this service department again. More
