😡Horrible customer service! Their finance department keep lying to us and avoiding a refund they have to give us for extended warranty for the traded vehicles. Will never work with this dealer again. Got screwed over on one of my deals because I was never told about only being able to trade my leased vehicle into a bmw dealer. Also I cancelled warranties on a vehicle I bought in January and it’s been over 3 months and I still don’t have either of the checks. I was told that one of the checks would be ready today but it wasn’t and I was told to come back Monday, it might be ready then. Also the other check I’m waiting on is going to take another 6-8 weeks on top of the 3+ months I’ve already waited. More
