Overall, we rate Mr. Grammas as polite and friendly, but not pushy. He respected the information we acquired from "Consumer Reports", and worked with us to agree on a mutually acceptable price. He took care of all aspects of registering and inspecting the car, as well as working with our insurance company to see that the car was properly insured. The car was delivered on time, and was cleaned and serviced. He did seem in a bit of a hurry to explain the more complex aspects of the car, and we left feeling we knew only the basics. However, the books, etc., that were provided explain clearly everything about the car. We will still be contacting him about the registration terminating in August, when the car was actually purchased in September. Perhaps there is a good explanation, but the license plates say August, as does the registration document. We would not hesitate to recommend Atamian to anyone who wants to buy a Honda Accord. More

After speaking to 3 dealers (including Atamian)and visited 1 dealer in NH on 9/4, we decided to come to Atamian in Tewksbury. My husband made several phone calls and spoke to Jennifer that day. When we arrived at Atamian, Gab approached us for the 2nd time. Earlier that day, my husband and his sister dropped by to look around and was greeted by Jay. Later that day, he brought me there and greeted by Gab. He asked us what we were looking for and my husband told him we're looking for 2008 and 2009 Honda Accord. Gab showed us the cars on the lot, but i did not like any of the colors out there. That was when we decided to leave and headed to NH. We didn't lik the deal in NH, so we came back to Atamian. As we pulled in, Gab came out to greet us again. He gave us an offer we couldn't resist and his customer service was great. I would stronly recommend him to friends and relatives. Many of the other dealerships I visited had prices that were much higher than those at Atamian and their service and sales consultants were often unfriendly and acted like big shots. Not exactly the experience you're looking for when deciding where to spend a lot of money. However, after giving up on local dealerships (and their futile attempts to "find" the car I desired), I decided to look out of state. I did some research online and called three dealers in Massachusetts and Atamian immediately stood out. When asking for a quick quote on a car, other dealers would need to check their pricing and would often call me back a day later -- if at all. Bill Goulette at Atamian not only delivered on the price but also kept me on the line for the 30 seconds it took him to run the numbers on a prospective lease. Furthermore, his price was much less per month than any other dealer ... on a car that was much more expensive than what I originally considered. I spoke with Mr. Goulette on a Friday. His price was so attractive that I visited the dealership the next afternoon to meet with him and one of Atamian's sales consultants, Anna Turchi. Ms. Turchi was also extremely helpful and we were in-and-out of there in no time. Everything was disclosed up front, there were no hidden fees, and everything was done with a smile. Everyone wants to find a dealership that is honest, and Atamian personifies that quality. And, as previously mentioned, they were not only honest but they also delivered on the price (the most important thing!) After signing the papers on Saturday afternoon, I returned the following Tuesday to pick up my new car. Ms. Turchi was very helpful once again and I was off the lot in under an hour (which included the time it took to turn in my old lease). No added costs, what Mr. Goulette quoted me just four days earlier was the final price with no undisclosed charges out of pocket. I would gladly drive the 1.5 hours each way again if I had to, as the service was fantastic. Three hours of drive time on two occasions is nothing compared to the great price, friendly service and complete absence of headaches. A big thank you to everyone at Atamian. Chris More

The price was better than any other dealer in the area and they answered all my questions up front. The other difference I noticed is that the sales person focused his attention on my wife because she was the primary driver of the car. I have been to many dealers who will talk to the man and ignore the woman. I was very pleased that they took the time to make sure that she had all her questions and concerns answered.
