A year ago I got an oil change there for my Volt. When the car said I was close to needing another, I scheduled an appt., but it was 2 weeks out. How could they mess up such a basic important thing? Now I'm worried about the longevity of the engine. Never to go back!! More

The sales manager was one of the sleaziest pushiest and stereotypically dishonest salesman I've ever encountered, but I've dealt with these types before and see right through their tricks. Anyway, my complaint is that their service department takes dishonesty to a potentially criminal level. Or maybe they have a different interpretation of the word "service".
