My sales rep was Deno Moore who did an amazing job throughout the whole process. As I am writing this review three months later, I needed some guidance and help to take my car to another Toyota dealership (Prosper area) since I live too far from South Toyota. Deno Moore (my initial sales representative) and Andres Mata over the finance department made sure that I was well taken care of. Andres Mata even called over the dealership where I was servicing my car to make sure everything will run smoothly. This is why I can confirm that "South Toyota" is a family oriented dealership. Hands down to both of these Gentleman. More
less than a star would be more appropriate. i took my car with 400 mils to check the ac after confirming the warranty. the next day i got called from my service adviser that the car is ready an i took my car with 400 mils to check the ac after confirming the warranty. the next day i got called from my service adviser that the car is ready and asked me to pay for it. when i asked why he did not call me to tell me about the charge and that is not covered my Toyota, se said never mid pay for the diagnostic fee195. he never told about no diagnostic fee but he insisted that he told me and his manager took his side. the offered no there solution beside pay the fee or leave the car there. the customer there is not always right, if you are ok with that then this you place. defiantly not mine. They are great if you’re buying a car, but do not expect good customer service later on. I have trying for 6 months to get a refund on some extended service plans I purchased. A day that became a disgust Bad workshop service, I went for a change of engine oil and transmission and it took them more than 5 hrs, the mechanic broke a part of the filter and Bad workshop service, I went for a change of engine oil and transmission and it took them more than 5 hrs, the mechanic broke a part of the filter and I had to pay for it, he justified himself by saying that it was not an original part of the dealer , who has seen that in the regular workshops they use oil filters from the dealer, I got the impression that the mechanic had a bad day and very little professional attitude. Treated Like Royalty I purchased some accessory items that needed to be installed. Made an appointment with South Toyota to have the items installed. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were met at the driveway and verified our visit. We were then escorted to the waiting area, being show an area for drinks and told where the restrooms were. We were impressed, as other dealership have just told us to wait in the customer lounge; never escorted and shown the amenities. During our wait we were updated frequently on the status of completion. We were offered a customer shuttle if we wanted to go have lunch. Another "never before" dealership offer. Vehicle was completed prior to quoted completion time. The friendliness and professionalism of employees is something management should be proud of. Wonderful experience. More
Horrible Collision Service I took my Range Rover in for a scratch on the left rear quarter panel on February 25, 2019. Even when I was told one time they just got the part in ten minutes ago it still took another four days. More

Technician Problem I would recommend the service department because of Mun and she's always trying to help you, but I really want to say "no" because of the technician's I would recommend the service department because of Mun and she's always trying to help you, but I really want to say "no" because of the technician's. I rated a 5 for the people that work in the service center. I wish I could rate the Technician Department. This is my 5th visit with the service department for the same problem in less than a month. It's frustrating, I feel bad that I'm always calling Mun to get her help. She’s always trying to help me, but it's not her it's your technician department. Now, I have another appointment on Saturday 03/23/19 for the same problem. I'm hoping I will not get charged because it's due to the same issue. I leave my car all day in your hands to get it fix and then something else happens. It all started on 03/02-my car stayed for 3 days because you did not have the part. (“It’s okay and I understand”), Picked up my car on 03/05- the light was out on one of the knobs on the dashboard (“Ok, no problem”), Picked up my car on 03/07-drove it home and the radio was not working and another light was out on the knob (“Now I'm frustrated”), Took it back on 03/08-problem was fix, on 03/10-the light was out again on the knob that was out the second time (“I'm frustrated”). I called Mun and she made me an appointment for 03/23. I hope someone reads this review. More
