Bought two cars from them. An A4 and a Q5 TDI. Transactions have been transparent with no surprises. Service department has been great. Usually deal with Emily and now sometimes Dan and they have been outstanding. The general manager Tom has also been great. If your looking for an Audi, I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Excellent repairs were done timely and communication was excellent the mechanic , Chris was terrific I highly recommend him. Although I had to travel a significant distance, I would return again.

"Lazy tire change"

I had a flat tire and was told that I only needed one tire. My car is all wheel drive and it was only after I requested the technician double check my remaining tires did they in fact confirm I needed to replace the second tire to match the tread depth. Upon review of my service receipt, I saw that the tread depths of my remaining tires were beyond the acceptable difference level. The technician should not have let me leave without changing all four tires.

Really disappointed with the amount of time it takes to repair your car over at this location. It shouldn’t take 4 hours to do a oil and filter change. Especially when you have an appointment at 8am.
