I am so glad Bill helped me pick out the perfect car for me! He was patient with me because I was so undecided. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I said. Even though I thought differently because I had another car in my mind but after sitting in a brand new Cadillac and running some numbers in my budget I drove my brand new Cadillac home in a couple of hours!!!! The management was also hands on with my car deal which means a lot to me. While waiting for the paperwork we all talked and laughed. It was a great experience all around. More

Such tactics give car salesmen a bad name. We would have been repeat customers but now have “X’d” Atlantic off our list for future purchases. More
If you ever decide to walk a way from a deal after leaving a deposit don't expect your money back. Its been over 5 weeks and it still has not been issued. This is George Martucci…let me first make it clear that the original sale with LJ went smoothly. I was sure I’d be a customer for life as it was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dealership. Unfortunately outside of that, my experience (namely with service) has been the complete opposite. Countless promises by Megan in Service have never been delivered upon, and I’m talking multiple times. Broken promises by service over and over and over, she hasn’t delivered on anything promised. Without a doubt I would’ve been willing to come back and purchase again due to how well the sales process went (A+ with LJ) but with the way the service department has broken promise after promise after promise I don’t see myself coming back to give my business here again. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. More
