Thank you very much for your response, although this information is false. I did not approve any procedure or testing done to my vehicle due to the fact that no one called us. I will be calling now, hopefully ill be able to speak directly to you. Thanks but please do not act as if this was a normal procedure. I have documentation from my new mechanic, stating the nonsense that occurred. I will most definitely be in touch to get this resolved.
