Got my new key done on the second try after the non OEM key failed to work the first time. They kindly did not charge me the second programming charge ($150) on the key they ordered for me. It's a clean, polite, efficient operation with a nice lounge if you are waiting rather than dropping off.

"Service on my Q5"

I had just bought my 2015 Audi Q5 and had an engine light come on. My neighbor goes to you out on Airport Way and told me how much he liked your service and your facility. Brittany took care of me and did a great job. She kept me up on what was being done and how much it was costing. The service department found the problem and didn’t stop until it was fixed completely. I appreciate the way Brittany explained everything and I feel very satisfied by the work done. I will come back again and recommend your delearship’s service.

"Double Billed (Edit - issue addressed)"

I was double billed for tires I purchased. I called once charging left pending on my credit card account and was assured that some one would promptly call me back. I called early in the morning and by late afternoon no one had called me back. I had to call repeatedly in order to talk with someone as I was constantly being sent to voice mail. I finally spoke with someone who stated they would look into in next business week. Edit - I was contacted by a representative from Audi Beaverton regarding double billing. She promised to straighten out double billing.

"Great service and communication "

I'm always greeted warmly at Beaverton Audi as soon as I arrive. My service rep is ready and gets me in and out quickly. All my questions were answered and my car was even washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. The no charge loaner was a brand new Audi Q7 which was great. Brian always communicates well and keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle. I would recommend Beaverton Audi to anyone who appreciates being taken care of.

"Sunset Audi has redefined my relationship with dealerships"

Over the years Sunset Audi (both locations) has shown such an interest in me and the neds of my automobile that they have redefined the way that I think a dealership/service center should treat their customers. they have a set a very high bar that makes it entirely unlikely that I will switch brands. Amy, in particular, is a shining gem in the world of customer service.

Professional and attentive service. Promptly done. Too much is dependent on these ratings. For maximum benefit customers at all dealerships, for all functions, are strongly “encouraged” to give the highest ratings. Consequently the ratings are inflated, there is no room for constructive criticism and the whole purpose is defeated.

"Great customer service!"

Friendly, professional and on time. Didn't try to sell me something nor did Brittany come at me with 10 things that needed to be done to my car in addition to my 1st (free) yearly service. I also got a loaner car, no charge which was cool. But, I did have to pay $9 for gas for the loaner car which I don't think I should have been charged. I only drove it to work and then back to the service center one I got off work.
