Have been working with Amy for months to diagnose and resolve a high oil consumption issue that started with bad service at Jiffy Lube. Great service every time and Amy was really excellent at explaining the problem and identifying the minimum most cost effective fix to keep my older vehicle on the road safely for (hopefully) the long term! Will be back for all my service.
We've always had a great experience at Audi's service department, so much so that my wife and I are now considering leasing a new Q7. Both in part because we love the service department and how well they take care of us, but obviously also because we love the Audi product.
We are regular customers of the NE PDX service location with our newer Audi. This time i brought in our 2001 Audi which had been more or less stored for the last few years. We were trying to assess whether to invest in it as a car for one of kids. Audi Beaverton provided a very thorough evaluation, no pressure to perform ANY of the services, and even gave me a loaner for the day. A very personable and professional team.
