He was extremely patient and took the time to review all the options available. I was kept constantly updated throughout the extended manufacturing and delivery process (due to COVID). The dealership even offered several add-ons as a "thank you" for our patience waiting for the car to go into production. We look forward to returning to work with Ali on our future Audi purchases. During one freezing night , my car had a hard time starting. The next day, I drove to Audi and Jim the service advisor, arranged for my car to be seen by the service dept.
