I highly recommend Audi of Clearwater. Dani Hebner was my Service Advisor on my vehicle and she was awesome... great communication and car was finished earlier than expected. No hidden surprises! Nate Valdez, my service manager was very professional, efficient and friendly. He kept me informed at all stages. Dani Hebner helped me figure out the best way to schedule my appointment and get my car efficient and friendly. He kept me informed at all stages. Dani Hebner helped me figure out the best way to schedule my appointment and get my car to the dealer. It was nice being able to talk to her before bringing my car in. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Ryan helped me get a loaner car and was very efficient and helpful both when getting the loaner and when dropping it off at the end of my service. I was very please with all aspects of the service department and will utilize them again as needed. More
