Jonathan earned my loyalty after taking time out of his busy schedule to walk me through the features of my Q5 that I purchased from another dealership, but he really cemented the relationship by working to get me the best deal possible when my wife and I went back to him to purchase a new Q3. Jonathan makes the normally stressful experience of buying a new car enjoyable by combining a great sense of humor with extensive product knowledge. He is never too busy to take a call, and no question/concern is too insignificant for him to follow-up on. I was coming from a 2010 Jetta SE and was in the market for a new car. After having 2 bad experience with other Audi dealers in my local area I was skeptical at first but, I felt she understood what I was looking for and how I wanted to conduct business. In the end she gave me a good offer for my 2015 A3 2.0 Quattro Prestige. Jeff the finance manager was very pleasant and professional. We ended chatting a bit about our interests in playing hockey (ice). Also I did not finance my car through them (through my local CU) my overall experience with Danbury Audi was more then I could ask for. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to them. More

My experience with Danbury Audi, and Mark Ward-Willis in particularly, could not have been more different and pleasant. No heavy pressure sales tactics, or Kabuki theater antics regarding pricing. I had researched the vehicle I wanted prior and had a good sense of pricing options from TrueCar and another dealership. The Danbury folks came in with an even better price, making it a no brainer. I would highly recommend anyone considering an Audi to check them out and ask for Mark. More

Feeling Welcomed to the Audi Family I owned a 2003 VW Jetta GLS 1.8T for 11 years until it became time to start the new car search (I'm the type that is very committed to keeping a car i I owned a 2003 VW Jetta GLS 1.8T for 11 years until it became time to start the new car search (I'm the type that is very committed to keeping a car in great shape to make it last for years). Upon doing my own research, it didn't take much for me to realize my mind was set on the new 2015 A3. I wanted German engineering, but better than VW. I wanted a nice change. On a Thursday evening in May, my husband and I entered the show room about 10 minutes until closing time, just to get a nice look at the model. Steve Chrystone greeted us right away, told us all about the features, etc. (even though it was time for the dealership to close up). Within the next couple days we had our test drive scheduled with Steve. The test drive was beautiful - smooth, solid ride and Steve was so friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as we returned to the dealership, we had our minds made up. Time to buy! Steve located the exact model I wanted (they had to bring the vehicle in from another dealership - I wanted a few features including the 18" rims and there weren't too many of them available in May). Within one week, the vehicle had made its way to Danbury and I was sitting down with Steve and Jeff Regensburger to make the purchase. We decided on the 2015 A3 2.0 Quattro in black with black leather interior and I truly couldn't be happier...meanwhile my husband's a bit jealous so I feel like we'll be returning for another purchase when it's his turn! Thank you to Steve and Jeff for making this experience a great one. Steve is so thoughtful and has continued to check in with me to make sure I'm still happy with the purchase. Truly no complaints. I've had the vehicle for almost 90 days and look forward to the future that awaits us! More
AWFUL EXPERIENCE RETURNING LEASED CAR Over the years, I leased 2 cars from Danbury Audi and, in trying to return my 2012 A4 early, they were awful. Rather than be helpful, since I was a good customer for 6 years, they did everything to impede my reasonable request. They wouldn't take the car back, wouldn't arrange for inspection and seemed petulant, because I wasn't leasing another car from them. I would never recommend Danbury Audi and never go to them for a car in the future. Even the manager was awful. More
Reliable, thorough and does the best to save me money I have worked with John Hanson since I first bought my current car (now had it for 5 years) and he has been extremely helpful in making sure I get the I have worked with John Hanson since I first bought my current car (now had it for 5 years) and he has been extremely helpful in making sure I get the best deal. He knows what can go wrong on my car and advises me when to do work and when not to do so. He seems to be "on my side" even though he is a company employee. This makes me trust him and not feel I always have to get a second opinion. I'm glad he takes care of me and my car(s)! More
