In this particular case, it was a gorgeous monsoon gray Audi 5 Cabriolet convertible. Even the most dreaded aspect of purchasing a new car--the paperwork--was essentially painless thanks to Business Manager Jim Ceccarelli, a seasoned pro at getting things done fast and efficiently. My wife and I went to Danbury Audi after a recommendation from one of my co-workers. We were interested in an Audi Q5. The recommended salesperson was off that day (2/28/14) but we decided to go there anyway from one of my co-workers. We were interested in an Audi Q5. The recommended salesperson was off that day (2/28/14) but we decided to go there anyway, because there was a great lease deal on the Q5 which was to expire on 2/28. When I called I was connected to George Triant who accommodated us with very short notice of couple of hours. He was so friendly and very professional at the same time. We did not feel any pressure as he took so much time to explain the car, took us on a test drive and once we were back, went through the whole inventory to find the one we liked. He answered all our questions in great detail and even asked if we had more. We had the choice of waiting for 6-8 weeks for the car which had the exact features we wanted or to pick up one in the inventory which was very similar. Obviously we went for the one which was available. The price negotiations lasted only for few minutes (we did our home work at Edmonds.com before going to the dealership and had a good idea about the True market value of the car. The price we were offered was a bit above that but was very reasonable) Both of us hate bargaining and this was one of the best parts of our experience. Yesterday we went back, met George who went through all the features of the car once again, more thorough this time, paired both of our I phones with the car, took us on another ride. He offered even to come to our house to help set up the garage door opener if we had trouble with that. It was such a pleasure to work with him. We have gone through buying 3 new cars before this, all of which were uneasy and somewhat intimidating experiences and this was such a refreshing difference. We love our Audi Q5 which is one day old and look forward to few years of a pleasurable driving experience. We highly recommend Danbury Audi and George Triant is the person to go to. I really just wanted to see what the difference was between the cars but I ended up just buying an S4 one right off the lot because I really liked the whole buying process here. Jon answered all the questions I had and made sure I was making the right decision. Everyone I dealt with during the buying process were very helpful and professional. I will defiantly be coming back for another Audi in the future and would be happy to give my business to Jonathan Mero at Danbury Audi. More

We were most impressed with his candor and professionalism and thay is why we bought our vehicle there. We had received quotes from two other dealerships, neither of which were competitve with Danbury's pricing. Also our trade-in value was better than one of the other two dealerships we dealt with. The car we wanted was not in-stock, but within a week the car was at the dealership and we completed the sale! More

I wanted to buy a new 2014 car. I was inclined toward a "crossover" of some type. The Audi Q5 drove and handled better than any other make or model that I had test drove. It's look and ample passenger and trunk space appealed to me. The consumer report was very favorable. The engineering and technical quality appealed to me........By extension the Folks at the Dealership impressed me very favorably. They were professional, informed, helpful, friendly and efficient. I consider the purchase of the Q5 to be a major purchase and I generally have kept new Automobiles that I have purchased in the past a long time. Accordingly, the favorable long term association I expect to have with the folks at Danbury Audi was very important to me.
