He demonstrated the car to me, my daughter, and a good friend on separate occasions. The car has comprehensive instrumentation (to say the least). Tom took time to sit in the car with me and explain all the buttons. No doubt I will have additional questions, and he will be there to help. He called me a couple of days after the delivery to confirm his interest in my experience. This is my second new car purchase from Danbury Audi, and although Tom was the sales contact, my very positive experience with John Hanson over seven years with the first car (Audi TT) certainly was a factor in my decision to purchase a second car from Danbury Audi. My husband & I recently leased a new 2014 Audi Q5 from Danbury Audi. Our Audi Brand Specialist was Deana Berube who was truly helpful in meeting all our demands & expectations especially when it come from Danbury Audi. She was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly & accommodating during the process. She was very prompt in answering all our questions both via e-mail & phone. The first day we met Deana; she was very informative about the details of the car & very friendly during the test drive. When we did not close the deal that day; she wasn't seemed frustrated; her persistence & convincing way was very professional & not aggressive the way we've experienced w/ other car dealership. So when we finally decided to lease the Q5 few days after; Deana made every effort to find the exact car (the interior & exterior color) on the same price range we wanted. Before we picked up the car, she made sure everything was ready! All the paper works were properly prepared in advance. The car was ready to drive home on the day we picked it up...no worries or hassles at all!!! Mr. Jeff Regensburger was also a pleasure to work with in completing the final paper works. He just only recommended the most important protection plan we needed during the course of the lease on a very reasonable price. My family really had a great experience at Danbury Audi. We recently purchased a 2014 Audi Q5 - our salesperson was Deana Berube. We first met Deana in the very early stages of our search, when we contacted her several months later for a test drive she remembe was Deana Berube. Once we decided to purchase the Q5, Deana made every effort to make sure we got exactly the vehicle we wanted, which was not easy since we were right at the end of the 2013 model year and supply was short. We did not want to wait for a special order 2014 vehicle and Deana was able to find the exact car we wanted, already on a ship on its way to the US. Deana prepared all the paperwork in advance and called us to set up delivery time as soon as the car arrived at the dealership. She always followed up on calls and questions promptly and has made herself very available to answer post delivery questions. Jeff Regensberger was a pleasure to deal with when we sat down to complete the final paperwork. It is nice to be treated as an informed customer and not be subjected to a hard sell on all the service and protection plans. More

I could never get the travel guidance system to work properly. My idea of appropriate commands or actions did not seem to jibe with the systems. Frustrated I called Janet and asked for help. Great experience. Deanais wonderful. One recommendation to the dealership is to tell me all the available things to purchase when negotiating the car purchase ( like end of lease coverage). The usual experience I have at a car dealership is I am either, ignored or asked if I am buying today and if not its bye bye, and test drives or being shown the car in detail require an act of congress, an either, ignored or asked if I am buying today and if not its bye bye, and test drives or being shown the car in detail require an act of congress, and finally the negotiation and finding the right vehicle that I want is excruciatingly convoluted and frustrating like someone is doing me a favor by allowing me to buy a car from them. Pretty much any of this happens I just leave. This experience was vastly different. It was relaxing and I felt fully accomodated and comfortable, with my salesperson Deana, never seeming annoyed, rushed or distracted but attentive, patient, focused, open and truthful . The business manager Jeff was very professional and clear and was personable as well. The A6 2.0T 2014 premium plus was delivered perfectly and demonstrated to me fully and in a fun relaxed manner. If you appreciate a fine german engineered high tech automobile and you want to have a good time evaluating and purchasing it I would recommend going to see Deana at Danbury Audi for all the reasons I gave above plus its easy to get to ,has all the ammenities including a kids play area , free snacks and beverages and as a bonus its in a nice area right next to the mall directly off the highway.
