Easy trip in and out This was the easiest visit I've had for service. Staff was friendly and had my car ready to pick up as soon as I drove up. Yearly Service It was time for me to get my yearly maintenance done on my car, the coupons that Audi sent me came at a great time to use them for my visit. He set me up quickly and I got my car in. Dave is consistently a great person to work with, he is always happy and helpful. He always make us feel welcomed, he knows what needs to be done with my car and recommends the services we need. I also really think the video of the work being done on my car is really cool! It also shows how hard the service technicians work. Just a shout out to them, I called a service tech one time and needed advise, and the tech was kind and informative! When we picked up the car Robert Ward was there, one of our service consultants in the past, and as usual he was happy and smiling when we came in, he remembered us which is amazing with all the customers Audi sees. Also a salesman welcomed us back from the night before. So nice Audi's Staff takes time to see the people that are in the establishment! I'm so happy with Audi on Broadway, they continue to exceed in there service! More
