Dave Ficca was fantastic, he was able to diagnose and repair the issue within several days. In addition, he was able to research the service records and able to provide additional work without fees. All during the process, keeping us up to date on the status. Hands down the best automotive service we have ever had over the years of owning Lexus, Porsche and Mercedes.
