They were then very proactive and got the car that I wanted from another dealership. They were then very attentive and explained all the major features well. One would think that this experience would have been a nightmare. On the contrary - thanks to the steadfast and highly proficient efforts of Bill Finn, this experience was as pain-free as possible. Bill located my vehicle warranty and worked with the 3rd party warranty provider to drive the resolution of the timing chain and related issues of my wife's car. Bill's efforts saved us $4000 in charges!!! Bill kept me updated as the issues unfolded and made sure that I understood the issues and that I was satisfied with what was going on.
