Mediocre at best, more likely unscrupulous Took my car in for registration stickers and a computer re-calibration after having a new windshield replaced. After waiting for someone to acknowled Took my car in for registration stickers and a computer re-calibration after having a new windshield replaced. After waiting for someone to acknowledge me and check me in, I had the back luck of receiving Kristian as my service adviser. I picked up my vehicle only to discover my rear view mirror was now hanging by two wires, they never calibrated the computer, and it still had no registration stickers. They only thing they appeared to do was pull my mirror off. I took it to the local glass place to reattached the mirror (Audi Devon pulled off) and schedule a second appt for a re-calibration and registration stickers. The quoted 'two hour service' turned into over 7 hours. Kristian did not keep be updated on the status of my vehicle. When I received a bill for over $300 to reattached the mirror (they pulled off) they refused to warranty the work they did to reconnect it. Long story short - you will not get the service you expect from a luxury car dealership like Audi let alone any sort of professionalism or customer service anticipated with a business. The dealership is modern and inviting, but the staff is rude and unwelcoming. You have to search for an adviser, follow-up to figure out when your car is ready, the adviser cannot tell you what they did to the car and tracking down the technician becomes a hassle. I've had issues since day one with them standing behind their word. I walked in on a whim one day and paid cash for my car - I should have walked next door to Mercedes. More
