I have purchased many vechicles in the past and as everyone knows it can be quite diffucult and sometimes annoying. I must say over at Towne Audi of Englewood it was quite the opposite. I was on the market for a certified Audi. Town Motors had a good selection so I made the trip to Englewood. I needed a 45 min ride to get to the dealer the day I picked up my car and Michael picked me up before he went to work. This place has the worst service of any dealership i've visited. I was only greeted by one person - the ladies at the Audi clothing/accessories desk. All the salesmen were doing were glaring at me just bec visited. I was only greeted by one person - the ladies at the Audi clothing/accessories desk. Maybe you shouldn't discriminate and serve everybody with equality.. this isn't America right? In conclusion, I'm taking my business elsewhere because there are too many dealers around anyway. I bought my truck in for service, it was at 4:00 pm i called to see if i could bring it in right away as i was having a problem with it and i needed it for work the next day. I was told to come right in called to see if i could bring it in right away as i was having a problem with it and i needed it for work the next day. I was told to come right in i might have to wait a few because i had no appointment but i got in about 20 minutes after i arrived and they fixed the problem at n/c to me because it was a simple problem with a wire loose. This could have been worse as i am no way mechanically inclined they could have told me i needed parts and really took advantage of me. They are pleasant people and i would recommend them to any one . Thank you for your kind and honest people. More

I leased my Mercury through Town Motors. They gave me a fair deal on my car and they are located close to my home. I will never go back after my experience with this dealership and I will never recommend fair deal on my car and they are located close to my home. I will never go back after my experience with this dealership and I will never recommend any of my family or friends to this dealership. Service was horrendous, the staff was rude and I have had continued problems with my car since I pulled it out of the dealership 2 years ago. I have been called a liar by the service technicians and staff for my continued car issues for over 2 years. I even went as far as calling Ford Corporate to inform them on the service I have received from Town Motors. My lease is over in less than a month and I cannot wait to throw the car back at them. More
