I recently, took my vehicle into the shop for major repairs. I spent thousands of dollars at this dealership. Upon, the completion of my repairs, I pick the vehicle up and two days later, I had more problems then when I came into the shop. The service person SM appeared to be incompetent to know anything what was going on. I return the vehicle back to the shop, as they completely, messed up the vehicle. They kept my vehicle for almost a month. I called and emailed the service guy, several times. No response, then I jad to physically go to the shop. As I approached the counter, it appeared I was giving the run around. I was advised my car would be ready, it only needed a recharge. Four days after I received a call stating that, my vehicle was ready to go. The next day I get a call from the service manager explaining they wanted to put me into a pre-owned vehicle because the vehicle was old. It is my intent that the service department took advantage of this consumer, They lied, no communication between the service manager and the service personnel. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They destroyed my vehicle with the intent to get me to purchase a new vehicle.
