"Great experience"

Super nice and knowledgeable staff, both sales and service. Larry Eacho, JC, Eileen, and the rest of the staff, including Cody the Foreman, were extremely professional and accommodating. May consider a future purchase when deemed appropriate and necessary. I also enjoyed chatting with Steve and David (pre-owned sales manager) from sales about the merits of the various vehicles whether on display or stock.

"The Worst"

Gino is truly the worst service advisor I have ever dealt with at any dealership. Not only does he not have any customer service skills, his product knowledge is below basic. He is apathetic and LAZY. Avoid him. If you have to use this service center, ask for another advisor. They could not be worse than Gino?

"Dangerous for your vehicle "

I brought my vehicle in to do its 20k service at the Fort Lauderdale Audi dealership on a Saturday in July and was given a loaner because they couldn't complete the service apparently until after the July 4th holidays. The loaner was dirty and had garbage in the trunk as well as the tires were low on air. It seemed like they could care less about the Audi brand and image. I returned to pick up my vehicle 2 days later and found a huge dent on the front of my hood. It looked like a tool had dropped facefirst on the hood and left not only a sizable dent but also three long scratch lines. I brought the vehicle in to show Audi what they did to my vehicle and a manager casually replied that this is the work of a stone on a highway. Insulting my intelligence with this nonsense, they then sent me an email stating that they would only take care of the problem if I left a positive review for the dealership. I have now contacted the corporate offices about the deceiftul and horrid service and practices that are ongoing at Audi of Fort Lauderdale. I will never return to this location and would warn anyone who loves their car to avoid them. The managers are disengenous and seem apt to bribing. I hope that corporate will address my concerns asap and discipline this location immediately.

"Deceptive Service Repairs"

I recently, took my vehicle into the shop for major repairs. I spent thousands of dollars at this dealership. Upon, the completion of my repairs, I pick the vehicle up and two days later, I had more problems then when I came into the shop. The service person SM appeared to be incompetent to know anything what was going on. I return the vehicle back to the shop, as they completely, messed up the vehicle. They kept my vehicle for almost a month. I called and emailed the service guy, several times. No response, then I jad to physically go to the shop. As I approached the counter, it appeared I was giving the run around. I was advised my car would be ready, it only needed a recharge. Four days after I received a call stating that, my vehicle was ready to go. The next day I get a call from the service manager explaining they wanted to put me into a pre-owned vehicle because the vehicle was old. It is my intent that the service department took advantage of this consumer, They lied, no communication between the service manager and the service personnel. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They destroyed my vehicle with the intent to get me to purchase a new vehicle.

"great service experience"

I had a very peasant couple of experiences servicing my Audi S5 2010 cabrio with Audi Fort Lauderdale. TO start with, the dealership itself is superb, brand new and squeaky clean. The wait time is minimal, and the facilities are extremely comfortable. Luis, Cody, Many and Ashley are absolute professionals. For the first time in they fixed my leaky roof and offered me a loaner. My second time I brought the car in was a for a long undetected shimmy at 70 miles or so an hour. Cody and Luis took the time to explain what could be the issue and fixed it by applying road-simulated tire balancing techniques. Luis also took time to recommend best type of oils to use to get the best performance for my car. I am always welcomed and made to feel like family when I visit the dealership.

"amazing customer service"

I discovered I had a nail in a tire (turned out to be 2 tires), and called the dealership close to closing time. The manager, Steve, had a loaner ready for me and I was in and out in 10 mins. The service advisor, Rob, is always reachable. He called me, told me what they found, and had my car ready for me promptly. This dealership has far exceeded my expectations as I've purchased many cars over the years. I can't praise them enough.

"Best Customer Service and Audi Facility "

Audi of Fort Lauderdale is a new facility and is state of the art with the best customer amenities I have ever come across. Luis Pagani was my service consultant and went above and beyond to help me with my wife's audi tt, that we both love. The car had a few issues that are very technical and need to be explained, Luis was very patient and answered all of our questions and helped us weigh our options. It is customer service like this that is hard to find and is the reason I will only take my car to Luis and Audi of Fort Lauderdale from now on. Highly recommended!

"Amazing service!"

Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I dealt with Rob and after my visit he had my car hand washed and the inside all cleaned and vacuumed. The new facility is beautiful. Coming from Canada, I was nervous as to how my new dealership would be compared to the one at home. I am so extremely grateful to have such a wonderful Audi dealership so close to my new home. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and caring. An overall amazing experience!

"Beautiful new facility with continued great customer service"

This is my first time in the new service/dealership center. I used to take my car to the Lighthouse Point facility. WOW. The facility is gorgeous. Spacious and clean inside. You pull inside the building to start your service--very classy touch. It is not fully ready but on the second floor there will be a café area. The service continues to be top notch. Rob is always great to work with. Very honest and helpful.
