it took 2 days for the service center to get back to me. I needed a repair that they said I could not use my insurance to pay for. I was told I'd have to pay almost 2k out of pocket then go to insurance t I needed a repair that they said I could not use my insurance to pay for. I was told I'd have to pay almost 2k out of pocket then go to insurance to get reimbursed. No other Audi dealer does this. So, even though I bought my car here, I'll have to take my repair business to a different Audi. sad More

Alex was fair, fast, & friendly. He helped me find/select a car and close a deal I was happy with in <90min. My original sales rep, Karina, was also awesome (but was off the day He helped me find/select a car and close a deal I was happy with in <90min.
