The service advisors have always been easy to work with, easy to get in touch with and respond to questions in a timely matter (unlike other service advisors at other dealers), and that is HUGE. Not only that, the service technicians have always ALWAYS taken care of my care very well, and let me know of any other problems they see. Aaron Johnson has worked on my car a few times, and he has always treated my car, and myself, with respect and care. OCD in the BEST of ways.
