The abysmal service experience I have endured with the dealership has been unparalleled in its sheer ineptitude and flagrant disregard for quality standards. Allow me to recount the egregious tale of woe surrounding my Audi Q5 Plug In Hybrid and its associated charger, which has proven to be an unrivaled exemplar of malfunction and inefficiency. Upon discovering that my charger was plagued with issues, rendering it incapable of operating at an acceptable level of functionality, I promptly entrusted it to the dealership for a replacement. Accompanying this request was a carefully composed missive from Audi itself, unequivocally asserting the abnormality of the situation and the unacceptable length of time it takes for the charging process to reach completion. Regrettably, nearly four months have elapsed since that fateful day in March of 2023, during which I have undertaken an arduous and relentless campaign of communication, both written and verbal, in my desperate quest for answers from the dealership. Alas, my valiant efforts have been met with naught but a deafening silence, further compounding the depths of their abysmal service. In their audacity, the dealership has the audacity to label my predicament as the fabled "unicorn" of Audi, as if my torment is some mythical apparition born from the depths of my own imagination. Yet, for me, this ordeal has transpired as a harrowing nightmare of unparalleled proportions, with no relief or resolution in sight. More

From the moment I walked into the dealership Matt was attentive and helpful! I appreciated how friendly he was and really appreciated his follow up. He worked with Toni in finance and Ray his manager and scheduled a time for me to come in and get things taken care of in an efficient and timely manner and I was so thankful. Toni in finance was super helpful and friendly as well! And the manager Ray made the whole experience so smooth. I love my new Q5! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Sales and support staff are absolutely incompetent, and couldn’t complete the delivery of our 2023 Q7 in 4 1/2 hours. First, they gave us squat for Sales and support staff are absolutely incompetent, and couldn’t complete the delivery of our 2023 Q7 in 4 1/2 hours. First, they gave us squat for our trade-in, a 2019 Q7 in immaculate condition, just off of it’s 40K service with highest marks for all systems, glass and body panels - they didn’t believe our honest assessment of our trade-in’s condition or the servicing dealer’s (a local competitor). Then, we wanted to pay cash for the difference between the new Q7 and our trade-in (a 2019 Q7). They told us to bring a cashier’s check, which we did after calling in a favor from our bank manager (it was a Saturday morning). Then, when we get there, we were told they wouldn’t take a cashier’s check from an out-of-state bank (the salesman - Thomas - knew we were from NM), even though our bank operates in AZ! After contemplating leaving and going back home, a 6-hour drive, the salesman consults with someone and 30 minutes later they tell us they will break with protocol and accept our cashier’s check - miraculous! We should have listened to our gut and left. Then, as no fewer than 6 of their staff try to figure out how to get the wifi, Google Maps and SiriusXM working (among other functions), hours pass by, making it impossible for us to make it to our destination for the night before darkness falls. They could not complete delivery of our new Q7 before we left, telling us they would pass the buck to Audi El Paso after calling in a favor. More than a week passes by with no resolution of the aforementioned issues, so we called in a local tech genius, who figures out solutions for the problems in short order (for a modest price). After 3 weeks of wrangling, the sales manager, Raymond, after promising to reimburse us, does nothing but put us off and pass the buck, so we gave up (which I’m sure was his/their objective) and told them to go pound sand. Don’t do business with these incompetent thieves! You have been forewarned. More
