Mike worked tirelessly to work out various wrinkles that arose in buying, shipping and registering a car in my state. What I liked about Rich is that he got to know what my requirements were for my purchase and he helped guide me without being pushy. Rich and the team at Audi GWS really worked hard at earning my business. Since I was open to several different makes/models pre-owned/new it was refreshing that Rich kept me informed and followed up while giving me some space to think over this purchase. I had only arrived the day before and already returned the Uhaul. Richard had just the right easy-going demeanor to put me at ease and I actually totally enjoyed the process. There was a lot of joking banter and evidence of his sincere commitment to trustworthy Salesmanship. For the few hours that the process took, Richard was fully engaged in helping us. He put off eating lunch and phonecalls. He answered all questions and provided comprehensive previous owner info. Even though,h turned us over to the Accountant, he was always around facilitating the process to the finish. He said he would follow through getting the 2nd key from the owner and he did.
