Audi could honor their recall for the airbags that could help make it right. The recall was 15 months ago and your Service Department did finally call me back to say they still can not fix it. I do not feel good about driving the Audi and I do not feel good about selling the Audi as someone could die in it. Audi knew about the problem long before the January 2020 recall, but still puts its owners at risk by not having a solution and fixing it.

I'm glad that we were able to get you taken care of this week. We actually bumped you ahead of about 3 dozen others.
