Excellent experience as always I was able to secure a loaner car and appt quickly after calling. I like being able to drop off vehicle/make car exchange late in day after work. Very satisfied I’ve owned an Audi (A6, two Q7s) for the last 9 years. I’ve purchased all three at Jim Ellis of Marietta and have only ever been there for service. My husband owns a Jeep right now. The difference in customer service is staggering. I wish Audi could work on his Jeep! PS - love the new dealership.
