At that time, it took several calls to Audi techs in the US and Germany to identify the issue (a new one for Audi) and the final outcome was very satisfactory. As usual, the loaner program was flawless and the service was as advertised and within the quote. More

Top Notch! I have an Audi Q5 (2010) and had a check engine light show up on a Sunday night and I was unfamiliar with the code so I did some on-line research. Mo I have an Audi Q5 (2010) and had a check engine light show up on a Sunday night and I was unfamiliar with the code so I did some on-line research. Most forums said not to see a service tech asap. I took the vehicle over Monday morning without an appointment. They accommodated me without hesitation, got me into a loaner and performed the service that day. I was expecting the worst and was very please with the results. Thanks! More
