Had a problem with my Audi Q5 hybrid (2014) wherein the wheel bearings were an issue - during their inspection they also noted that my tires had been badly damaged so they recommended so the wheel bearing wheel bearings were an issue - during their inspection they also noted that my tires had been badly damaged so they recommended so the wheel bearing and tires were replaced - I had previously also noted that the front sidelights were damaged but the cost of repair might be a little too high. Jess and his team provided me with a loaner and they did a great job in repairing my car. They even fixed the front sidelight with no additional charge. Although in total was expensive(due to the parts) they gave me a discount on the tires. Very happy with the service that I received from the Audi team at Owings mills and highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their Audis More
