When we arrived, Lucas had just pulled the car out for our test drive, so we got started immediately. After that, it was just a matter of getting the trade in value for our old car, plus all the associated paperwork. The offer of snacks and drinks while we waited was a nice gesture. Joyce walked us through the final stages of financing, with all the explanations or warrantee's we would want for our purchase. The process was a breeze. In the meantime, Lucas set up the temporary license plates, programmed the key fob, and set us up as key users for our Audi, and got us started on the Navigation program and MMI. Jade went over the technical features of our new car, and we were ready to drive off the lot. All together, we had a stress free experience, and appreciated the entire process. More
