Well I wish they would have looked into my warranty coverage before scaring me with a huge bill. And I’m still not convinced it’s normal that I have to top off my oil more than once between oil changes coverage before scaring me with a huge bill. I feel like I’m bring told it’s normal until my warranty runs out, and then I’ll be on the hook for major engine repairs. More

My only complaint (and I don’t blame them, this is more of an Audi complaint), my vehicle is new, 6k miles, the battery was dead- I feel like with the new car, this battery should have been replaced without hesitation, versus waiting for it to die or have issues again. I don’t fault the dealer at all. This issue was quickly diagnosed & resolved. I’m grateful for the communication. Very kind customer service. More
