Shortly after I had the vehicle, it was necessary to bring it in to the dealer to have a noise issue addressed. The closest dealership to my home was Toms River Audi. I called to make an appointment and was able to bring the vehicle in immediately. The entire staff was genuinely friendly and courteous. The customer waiting area had wifi and tables that allowed me to make productive use of my wait time. Staff members kept me informed on the status of the service on my vehicle. When the service was complete, the technician accompanied me on a road test to ensure the issue which was related to the convertible roof was properly addressed. While I can think of other things that I would rather do than have my car serviced, when it is necessary, its reassuring to know that I have a professional customer oriented dealership with whom I have confidence. Regarding my rating on Price below- I also needed to purchase an adapter plate to mount the license plate to the front bumper of the car. While I am sure it is a properly designed and good quality item I did feel the cost was a bit too high. More

So, after dealing with & fixing various "issues" myse My Car: 2010 Audi A4 with 140k & out of warranty (I am a commuter who logs 540 miles a week). So, after dealing with & fixing various "issues" myself from around 90K on, my car finally wouldn't start one morning. Fortunately Toms River Audi had just recently opened in my area so I brought the car in for diagnoses for what I thought may be a "timing" issue. (Note: I had purchased the car from a different dealership). My service rep, John Lazzaro couldn't have been more wonderful. He was polite, respectful and very attentive while listening to all the previous car issues I've had (including an ongoing oil consumption problem). I was promptly informed of the diagnosis within the next few hours (timing chain) and because my car would be in service for a few days I was given a wonder loaner. So not only was my timing chain fixed but the oil consumption was tested and fixed as well! As I mentioned in the title, John made this the single best experience I've ever had dealing with any service center, so much so that I will be buying my next car from Toms River Audi simply because of my experience with John.
