At first, I thought they would haggle me during the vehicle inspection. After arriving at the Dealership, and the short time that I was there, I kept psych-ing myself up, getting ready for the anticipated haggle. To my pleasant surprise, there was zero haggle, only these words "here is your check." They stood by the offer they presented to me, smartly processed the paperwork with my lien-holder, and cut me a check for the difference. Had hoped that Frank would help us since he was personable. First, Mike was burdened to help us, even more so when we said we had a trade in. So what if you close at 5 and we came in at 3:30, and didn't get don First, Mike was burdened to help us, even more so when we said we had a trade in. So what if you close at 5 and we came in at 3:30, and didn't get done test driving til 4:10 -- it took me one and a half hours to drive to Fairfax with two kids in tow. Mike began to devalue my trade in and everything that "it doesn't have". He wasn't helpful, just very insulting. Bad experience overall, wouldn't recommend anyone. Just disgusted by Mike and his poor work ethic. Hope Mike left at five and enjoyed this beautiful day, as I'm sure that was all he cared about. Will not be returning. More

My overall experience with the Auto Buying Service (ABS) was excellent! I am a USAA Member, and I contacted Cesar about the car I ended up buying. I felt bad because I arrived at the dealership maybe 45 min was excellent! I am a USAA Member, and I contacted Cesar about the car I ended up buying. I felt bad because I arrived at the dealership maybe 45 minutes before they were about to close, but I was able to get in and out without any problems once I decided I wanted the car. Additionally, since I contacted them beforehand, the car that I bought was sitting right out front of the office which was very convenient because I got to take a look at the car before I walked into the office. The customer service was excellent and the prices cannot be matched. Their entire inventory is full of vehicles in great condition. Lastly, I really liked the fact that they have been in the same location since the 1970s, which means they must be doing something right. They definitely have my recommendation for anyone looking for a good vehicle on the market. The only thing I would suggest for ABS would be to get a bigger sign on the road because I totally missed it using my GPS to get there. More

I also met/spoke w/the owner, and he was a very nice guy as well. The location and selection of the dealership was great too. I researched the cars on their great website and pretty much knew what I wanted to test drive for purchase when I went to the dealer. I was in and out of the dealership within two hours, driving my new car, which I love! Mike did all the paperwork, from running my credit report, to finding banks to finance me, using the bank that gave me the best deal of course, to transferring my tags, Mike did it all. I also love that this dealership already had the CarFax printed out on my car, did a 100 point inspection, washed it for me before I left, and when I had a problem w/the gas cap a few days later, they gave me a great loaner car and took care of the gas cap w/a replacement dealer cap. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. I have recommended this dealership, and will use them again next time I am in need of a car! More
