spent all day looking for a car i spent all day looking for a car today from payson to springville. the guy in payson was a jerk at robert marsh cars and trucks to me wanted me to pa i spent all day looking for a car today from payson to springville. the guy in payson was a jerk at robert marsh cars and trucks to me wanted me to pay 13000 for a used car etc. i went to automaxx in springville and spoke to jd he showed me some cars. i test drove a dodge dart 2014 which was very nice. jd and esteban were very nice guys very understanding and patient. willing to do anything they can to get people a car. i reccommend them to anyone looking for a new car. they also have good warrantys on the cars there in good condition too. priced pretty decent. i love automaxx and these guys. thanks jd and esteban u guys are great ashley thompson love my car too More

Amazing service without pressure I recently bought a car from Erik and Diego at the Orem location. Start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The guys were helpful, knowledgeable and pressure- free. It really was a delightful experience. At the end of the transaction Erik asked me about my old car. He then suggested that Auto Maxx help me sell it. I loved the idea. It seemed like a much better option than trading it in (something I wanted to avoid because of the monetary loss). After about a month and a half my old car sold. It was so easy for me and they only took a small fee. I would definately recommend Auto Maxx to a friend and I'd also go back in the future. Start to finish it was a pleasant experience. More

Worst customer service ever!! I purchased a car from them (or so I thought) drove it home and approximately a week later it started breaking down.. I called them and they told me t I purchased a car from them (or so I thought) drove it home and approximately a week later it started breaking down.. I called them and they told me to bring it back to have it fixed! I was super pleased at this point (stupid me)! They even gave me a loaner.. here it is 3 MONTH LATER and still don’t have my car back & to top it off, they came and took the loaner back and didn’t even knock on the door (I still have the keys). I’ve called and been hung up on, emailed them, and no response!!! They never cashed my down payment or even started the loan process!! I’m at a loss for words, I don’t understand this situation. I will go elsewhere. More

Within days the check engine light came on and it went back to get addressed and pass inspection. Days after that, light came back on and Shawn called to schedule for service. Larry scheduled car to come in but said they were all booked up and couldn't get car in until 27th which was passed the 30 day warranty. Took car over for appt today and mechanic would not address issue because it is out of warranty. This is bad business. They basically did a bandaid fix to pass inspection to get it out of their hair. Find somewhere else to spend your money as this is shady business. If I could give a negative, I would. They don't even deserve 1 star. They talk a big game when your shopping, but they don't care about what they sell you. Run as fast as you can! More

They are rude and ice price their cars I got a car from them last yr and within the first week the alternator went out. They had a wire sticking out the front for the hood latch and refuse I got a car from them last yr and within the first week the alternator went out. They had a wire sticking out the front for the hood latch and refused to fix it. The front bumper was falling off and they refused to fix that too. I will never recommend anyone to go through them for a car. They are rude and have used fowl language with me. I even went as far as making my payments 1 time a myth and they stuck late charges on my payments. I will never go through them again for another car. More

Don't go there They told me the car was 9k when I looked on line they had it for 8.5k. When I asked he said that was cash only. He came back to talk to us after we sat there for 6 hours and said the bank only approved you for 9 k you will need 2300 down payment. I asked what he ment. The car was 8.5k they approved 9 k. I understand tags tax and admin fees but 2300 was way off. I asked him to explain he walked away. Do not shop there if you do DO NOT WORK WITH RALPH. HE IS MEAN AND REALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. More
