After a miscalculation of the sales tax on a vehicle previously purchesed (3 years ago) the state sends me an outrageous bill. Needless to say I was very unhappy! "Not just a great place to buy the car! "

Not only is this a great place to buy a car but it's a great place to come back to when your car needs service! Not knowing a lot about cars I accidentally killed my breaks to the point there was literally nothing there anymore! When I took it in after my breaks started going out they provided quick and great quality service right then and there! I love everyone who works at this dealership and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

"Updated to a negative review!!!"

My original post was... This was by far the easiest car buying experience! Before driving 3 1/2 hours to see the car, my salesman Wan sent me photos of any blemishes or other issues that may deter me from buying the car. When i showed up, the truck was just as described. I definitely recommend these guys! After driving just 830 miles, I have now had to replace the transmission, valve cover gasket, power steering hoses, sway bar end links, oil cooler o-rings, drive belt, and brake fluid. I was promised by Wan, my salesman, that this truck was in perfect mechanical condition. When I inspected it, the engine bay was spotless. I quickly found out that they had cleaned it so that I wouldn't see all of the leaks. I can see one of these issues coming up because that's the nature of buying a used car. This was obvious fraud and misrepresentation of the vehicle on their part! I have reached out to management (Time Nease) at the dealership to see how they want to handle this issue and am awaiting their reply. I will update this review as necessary.

"Holy cow"

Drove 5 hours one way from Huntsville Al. today and pull to the car I was there to buy and the hood is up with jumper on the battery. It only gets worse. After the battery is charged enought the car wouldn't even crank. Signs of fluid leaks. Headlights where left up on purpose because motors where bad. So they over me another vehicle to try. Get in for test drive and upon shifting gears the rear ends sounds like its gonna fall out. Drove 10 hours round trip for windshield wipers for the truck i drove and a cheeseburger. Needless to say this is the worse experience I ever had trying to buy anything. If a man is willing to drive that far just tell the truth would have been sufficient for me to stay home.

"I learned from buyingetting a used car"

They still haven't fixed my car after like 7 attempts .. just tool it there 2 times last week and they forgot to hook up wires .. the next day all my service lights are still on.. they promised me to tint my car that never happened ..They apparently told the guy not to do it cause I'm pissed cause they didn't know how to fix a strut. And had my car over 31 days and still not fixed and it smells like wires are burning and oil is still leaking. They are the worst ..

The service department are the only honest good people working at auto plaza. This is where you go when auto plaza employees tell you that the car has had an oil change and has been serviced only to be a lie! The service department is where the honest people tell you the truth about what your child is really driving around in don't believe any of the crooks that sell you the cars go talk to the service department they will tell you what's what with the vehicles. Thanks Brian for telling us the truth and working so hard to make sure my son drives safe!!!
