Got the truck I was looking for at good price. Dealer dropped the ball on our deal multiple times but in the end made it right. The general manager stepped in and fixed their mistake. I searched Automax Ocala online and found a vehicle I was interested in. Sent in the initial email application and figured I'd see what happened. Edgar was the first to reach out. He text me, then called. I waited a day to go look at the vehicle but was greeted immediately. I decided against the car I saw online as it seemed too small for what I was looking for. The decision was one that made mw nervous because I didn't want Edgar to feel as though I wasted both our times. He gracefully and happily assisted us with finding the right fit for ME. I was worried there would be pressure and I'd be pushed into a car I didn't like nor want. None of that happened. I found a car I adore and we got started. Then I went on to meet Frank for the money end of things. He's exceptionally warm and easy to talk to. Everything was explained in detail without me feeling as though I was missing something. I hope I don't need another vehicle for a while, but if I do, I'm returning to Automax Ocala because of Edgar and Frank. More
