I had a long list of get serviced, I took a good book with me, I arrived at 0800 for my appointment and was back in the driver's seat at 1200. Everyone from the gentle man that met me, the tech writer, w with me, I arrived at 0800 for my appointment and was back in the driver's seat at 1200. Everyone from the gentle man that met me, the tech writer, who got me signed up to the outstanding customer waiting lounge was great, I sat down with my book and read. Four hours later I walked back to the service area and met the Tech comming to get me, the car was ready as promised. At 1200 as promised I was on my way in a car that was washed and cleaned.
