I use to be an AutoNation employee a few years ago I worked at AutoNation Ford in Sanford, I was the detail department Manager and was in charge on recon all the use cars, I decided to bring my wife 2018 Honda Accord sport to your collision center in Oviedo thinking that it was the best place for repair her car after a car accident, well I regret that, first of all the front desk lady that was in charge in our repair was not professional every time I call to check on my vehicle her way to speak with me was always bad as she was having a bad day never gave me an answer on anything I ask she was always transferred calls to the shop where I always get an answer machine I will leave message that were never returned, just to make it quick because it’s to much to list the day I pick up my car at pep boys where they change one tire I brought the car home and open the hood to inspect my wife car I was really surprised with what I found, the hole front assembly was missing over 8 clips that holds lights molding, and others moldings, I call the shop and they told me to bring the car back, the first time we took the car they told us that the guy that worked in our vehicle call sick that day and that we have to return another day ? So we did and finally the took the car to the shop and did something but not sure if it fix the problem because we still have loose parts anyway I have a video that I will be sending to you of what the vehicle looks like when they release the car to us with all the missing clips, Talk to you guys soon.,,
