I bought my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel (Hemi) in November because of the way Chris Manois (my salesperson) and Albert Risch (new car Sales Mgr) treate I bought my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel (Hemi) in November because of the way Chris Manois (my salesperson) and Albert Risch (new car Sales Mgr) treated me in the sales process. Not only were they respectful, they also showed patience and flexibility in negotiating the price which made my experience well worth it. I had originally intended to purchase another vehicle (not a Dodge), but when that dealership treated me as less than a valued customer, I literally ran out of there and went straight back to Chris to close the deal on my Durango (which is an absolutely awesome car!). I must say even those who I've dealt with at Colorado Springs Dodge after purchasing my car, including Andy, Skip and Ron in the Service Department, are all about making sure customers have an excellent experience. In fact when I had a question about a "loose" rear quarter panel yesterday, Ron spent a little time with me to clarify the issue. Needless to say I would recommend to anyone wanting a new car and being treated well in the process that they should go to Colorado Springs Dodge because they Rock the Customer Experience! More
Ben Hogan is awesome. He is the reason I bought this car! If it wasn't for Ben Hogan, I wouldn't have bought my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from Colorado Springs Dodge. I had the managers and suits trying to convince me that they were losing money on this deal. As if they were just willing to lose money because I just looked like a nice guy. Ben Hogan was honest and straightforward from the moment we walked in. If you see the car of your dreams at Colorado Springs Dodge make sure you talk to Ben Hogan first. He will be upfront with no gimmicks. I would mention the names of the suits that were less than honest with me but they never formally introduced themselves; they were too busy trying to "take me for a ride." More

I then received a phone call from Jim Jannicelli the General Manager of the dealership and that call started the process of resolving my less than satisfying buying experience. I was impressed that he was willing to take the time and every means necessary to make sure my purchase of the new truck was something I could feel good about. I can say without reservation that this ended in probably one of the best acts of customer service I have ever experienced, if your looking to buy a new car our truck give these guys a chance to earn your business, I can tell you Colorado Springs Dodge will be the dealer we buy my wife's new vehicle next year! Rob Berrera would have happily let us walk out if he couldn't get the pricing we wanted. Turns out he looked so hard for us that he found a returned 2013 Avenger that fit our price range. I felt respected and heard when I told him the monthly payment that we needed to be within. Now we have the first new car of our marriage. I would recommend anyone go in and ask for him. I know salespeople need to close the deal, but unlike other dealerships I have been in, this almost felt like home. Loving the new Avenger. Thanks Rob and team! More
