I would not recommend their service department. I bought a used truck elsewhere, and thought I would bring it in there, for an oil change and inspection of what it may need. They came out saying th I bought a used truck elsewhere, and thought I would bring it in there, for an oil change and inspection of what it may need. They came out saying that I need tie-rods and control arms on the frame by end, it would be $2,400. They even brought the mechanic out there to explain this to me. They also said I’d need a tune up, another $1,200. Fast forward a week, I took the truck to my local shop (one I’ve used for 20 + years and should have went to for this). My mechanic tells me, it doesn’t need tie-rods and this truck doesn’t have control arms. He then proceeded to take me out and show me what he meant. Yep, it didn’t need tie-rods and yep, there was no control arms, just a solid axle up front, that was just fine. So, yeah…all trust went out the window. I will never use their service department again, nor while I ever buy any car frames m them again (I previously bought a new 2020 Mustang from them. I will also make sure, I spread the news about the “shady” service department and my experience. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM!!! More
