Well if that isn't an unsympathetic cookie cutter corporate response, I don't know what is! It is the exact same response on each complaint against your dealership. If you really "Strive to provide excellent service" it would not take much effort on your part to figure out who is complaining and reach out to them. Don't bother reaching out to me. There is no resolve. I did your job for you, the one I paid for and I have already rotated the tires that your dealership failed to do.

I have already talked to several people at the dealership about this. The only thing they offered was to sell me a spare and a jack at cost, which was over $300. When you buy a new car you should get a spare tire and a jack.. If you aren't going to include them, you should at least warn the buyer that if he has a flat in the middle of nowhere, he has no spare. Don't leave that surprise for the buyer to discover halfway between Yuma and San Diego.
