AutoNation Honda Lewisville Service Department is a good Service Department. Mr. James Norris who was my Service Advisor during my last Three Visits (03/06/2024, 03/12/2024 & 3/15/2024) and who had been my Service Department. Mr. James Norris who was my Service Advisor during my last Three Visits (03/06/2024, 03/12/2024 & 3/15/2024) and who had been my Service Advisor in the past also, is a very nice gentleman. Mr. Norris is knowledgeable, very patient and got work done on my car as promised. I would say that I had a very good experience with him and with the Service Department at AutoNation Honda Lewisville. During my last visit on 03/15/2024, Mr. Craig Splitz, a Service Technician also did a good job on my 2007 Honda Accord. Mr. Splitz appeared very honest in giving his recommendation/Opinion and he also appeared very caring & knowledgeable gentleman. I would certainly recommend AutoNation Honda Service Department to anyone for their Honda Car Service need. More
