I would recommend buying a car but I’m becoming skeptical on the service. I was told my Pilot’s “radar” was out so they got the part in - had my car for about 4-5 hours and found the problem was not fixed. on the service. I was told my Pilot’s “radar” was out so they got the part in - had my car for about 4-5 hours and found the problem was not fixed. I was then told the camera was out and they had to order it. After 2 weeks the part has not come in. Communication is not good. I left a VMM earlier this week w/ my advisor checking on the status of the camera arrival. Have not heard from my advisor. My advisor is very nice so I have to wonder if the service dept. is understaffed. That said, I have been trying to get this problem fixed going on 1 month - I am leaving in a 2000 mile trip 11/23 and my cruise control and lane assist will nit work. More

I must have arrived at a bad time. It too about 15 minutes to talk to a Service Advisor. Who was still on a phone. He charged me for a FULL synthetic oil change. I usually get a 50 % synthetic chan minutes to talk to a Service Advisor. Who was still on a phone. He charged me for a FULL synthetic oil change. I usually get a 50 % synthetic change.
