Very disappointed, had an appt. at 10:30 am and it took almost 6 hours for my car to be ready. Kept getting told it would be about 30 more minutes. Apparently short handed and a not so experienced repair t almost 6 hours for my car to be ready. Kept getting told it would be about 30 more minutes. Would not recommend going to dealers for service if you can avoid it. I had no choice, I was covered under an extended warranty. Not a happy customer. More

When Mrs. Jeannette Hinton saw me I was welcomed with a warm smile and an amazing personality! She didn’t try to sell me anything, we genuinely just talked and she showed me the cars I wanted to see. Very knowledgeable of the vehicles, answered all of my questions and anything she did not know she found out quickly. When I chose the car I wanted, we had great conversations while waiting for J! What she didn’t know was this vehicle purchase was a special one and she made it happen!
