Previously I have received excellent customer service. This time I waited for 3 hours to have my oil changed and tires rotated ( yes I had an appointment). When finished my car had not been washed, let This time I waited for 3 hours to have my oil changed and tires rotated ( yes I had an appointment). When finished my car had not been washed, let alone sanitized as promised in my reminder email. On the way home ( I live an hour away) my car was making a noise it had not made on the way there. Came to find out the "technician" that worked on my car did not tighten the screws on the skid plate on either side of my car! VERY SLOPPY WORK. Needless to say I was not happy. More

My first service appointment was not handled very well. Adrian - who originally checked me in was very personable and helpful. My appointment was at 10, dropped the car approx 9:45. I called them at 4 pm and Adrian was not located, a message would be left with him. At 4:30 when I had no way to get home, I called my husband to pick me up. We went to the dealership and Jennifer was uncaring and did not really address me at all. She did say Adrian was called to an emergency, and they forgot to call me. She threw my keys to an attendant - who did not catch them so they fell to the floor. When my car arrived she said just go - you don't need to sign anything. I would like to be handled by a different service advisor next time. More
